Highest Emphasis Placed on Player Development:

The SUSA Staff consists of USSF and United Soccer Coaches Association licensed and credentialed coaches with the top soccer educators on Long Island. As it’s Director of Coaching Education, SUSA employs the ENY Director of Coaching Instruction to constantly develop all coaches, trainers and organization members. The SUSA FC directors and coaching staff place the highest emphasis on player development with our focus being developing quality players and teams while instilling a passion for the game.  Our aim is to develop each player’s appreciation for values like teamwork, respect, discipline, and sportsmanship. The experienced coaching staff is dedicated to ensuring that SUSA FC players develop individual skills and a thorough understanding of the game. Players are positively encouraged to participate in the game in a fair and competitive manner.
